  1. 9 UNDERTAKE SITE WORK
    While we are fabricating and customizing your Marmol Radziner Prefab home, you must prepare your site. This includes preparing your site for construction, which may include demolition, grading, and removing debris. You will then need to put a foundation in place, and dig trenches for utilities. This is also the time to create your staging area: You will need a flat section of land with a 50 foot. radius to accommodate a delivery truck and crane. The staging area must be free of power and telephone lines, plus anything else that could restrict the crane’s upward movement. If you’ve designed any additional site features, now is the time to undertake their construction. Site features within the staging area may need to wait until after the installation of your home.

    Once your site is properly prepared, we will deliver and install your Marmol Radziner Prefab home.
