When your site work is complete, we can deliver the crane and modules. The crane lifts the first module from the delivery truck and places it in its proper location. We then set the module and connect it to the foundation. Trucks pull onto the site one at a time for module delivery and placement.
  1. 10 DELIVER HOME AND SET ON FOUNDATION
    If we did not undertake the sitework for your home, we will schedule a visit to your site to make sure it is ready for delivery. We will ship your house and deck modules on trucks, which will arrive the morning of the specified delivery date. Our crane will also arrive by then, if not earlier, and will be parked on the staging area. The crane will then lift each module from the trucks and place them on the foundation. It will take one day to place all modules. Shortly thereafter, our setting crew will level the modules, bolt them together, and weld the house to the foundation.We request a 60% production payment prior to delivery.
