We build finished, volumetric modules that ship on a specialized trailer pulled by a large truck. We have factory partners around the country and strive to build your house at a factory that is the closest to your site. We include the shipping cost in our general estimates, but shipping may be more expensive depending on where your property is located in relation to the factory.
Marmol Radziner Prefab homes come with a one-year warranty on our work. All applicable statute of limitations will apply for your state. In addition, we provide all of the product warranties, including a 15-year warranty on the roofing material.
No, conventional construction loan financing from a bank or other mortgage lender is available. Marmol Radziner Prefab homes are not US Department of Housing and Urban Development homes or mobile homes. They do not have an attached chassis and once they are delivered to your site they are permanently attached to the foundation. The homes are considered "real property".
