Marmol Radziner Prefab occupies its own 65,000 square foot factory in Vernon, California. The building is large enough to accommodate three assembly lines of prefab modules.
For each module, we weld together steel floor frames, then we add the steel columns. We weld the roof frame separately and lift it on top of the columns. Once the steel frame is set, we complete the interior wall framing, plumbing, and electrical and mechanical components. We then install the finishes, cabinetry, appliances, and fixtures. Finally, we shrink-wrap the module for delivery.
Our cabinet, metal, and window shops are located at our factory. Centralized operations allow us to oversee every stage of production “from rough to finish.” Our skilled labor force ensures structures and details meet our high standards.
